The ultrasonic coater UAC1000 integrates ultrasonic spraying system, programmable XYZ systems, liquid delivery system, control system etc which gives more flexibility for R&D laboratory. All the systems combined in UAC1000 is necessary for optimal coating result. Cheersonic’s economical ultrasonic thin film coater UAC1000 is specially designed for do R&D in laboratory. It has the basic function for thin film coating with maximum area of 200*200mm.

The ultrasonic coating systems from Cheersonic are used to spray thin films of polymers, conductive nanoparticles, or other functional materials used in sensors manufacturing. These conductive nanocoatings are used for a variety of sensors applications, including: temperature sensing, gas sensing, blood analysis device sensing, chemical detection and pressure or load sensing, etc.
