The ultrasonic coating systems are used to apply advanced high-performance textile coatings during manufacturing. Uniform thin films of nanosuspensions or solutions are sprayed onto the wide webs of large area textile.

I recommend the UAM9000W for inline production. UAM9000W is the customized ultrasonic coating machine with 8 sets of ultrasonic systems mounted on a single bridge assembly. The effective coating width could up to 1.5m Stationary ultrasonic nozzle array for inline manufacturing of thin films with fully integrated controls of liquid delivery, nozzles, and pumps. The textile fabric would be in roll form of about 1.5 m width and would need to be coated while going from supply roll to a winding roll on the other side of the spraying system. Thus the fabric would move continuously from supply roll to the receiving roll while getting sprayed on both sides of the fabric. The length of fabric to be coated per batch can be about 1000 meters with width of 1.5 meters.
