Thin Film Anti-reflective Coatings
Thin Film Anti-reflective Coatings – Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle – Cheersonic
The UAM8000 system is designed to apply a uniform thin-film anti-reflective coating on a large area of solar glass (up to 122 cm). Cheersonic’s ultrasonic coating technology can prepare an ideal anti-reflection layer, which can greatly increase the light that can be used for conversion and increase the transmittance at the incident angle of the sun. Traditional CVD and PVD for solar glass coating are expensive and slow in mass production. Pressure nozzles can spray anti-reflective suspensions; however, they have obvious shortcomings such as overspray and clogging, and poor deposition control and inconsistent uniformity are the main disadvantages of pressure nozzle technology.
Cheersonic’s ultrasonic nozzle can overcome these limitations, and has small rebound and overspray, non-clogging performance and uniform film coating. The benefits of ultrasonic coating include the ability to control the deposition thickness, control the droplet size (by changing the nozzle frequency) and tight droplet distribution to achieve precise and uniform deposition. Ultrasonic nozzles are ideal for spraying nano-suspensions commonly used in anti-reflective coatings, because the continuous ultrasonic vibration of the nozzle will deagglomerate and suspend the particles uniformly in the solution.
Cheersonic’s ultrasonic technology has proven successful in precision coating applications for some of the world’s largest solar glass manufacturing companies. Cheersonick Ultrasonic Nozzle System is known for its non-clogging, low-maintenance design, which is particularly suitable for providing high-performance coatings for the solar glass industry with cost-effective conversion efficiency.
