UAL100 Ultrasonic Dispersion Syringe Pump can quickly disperse particles in liquid and make them suspend uniformly for several hours or longer. It is an ideal dispersion system for depolymerized nanoparticles and catalyst slurry. Ultrasonic Dispersion Syringe Pump is used for the tendency of agglomeration and it is difficult to maintain uniform dispersion. In suspension. Compared with the magnetic stirring or ultrasonic bath commonly used in the same application, the programmed continuous high frequency ultrasonic vibration is faster and more uniformly disperses the agglomerated particles. The high-frequency ultrasonic vibration makes the particles suspend uniformly for a long time, and provides consistent particle suspension characteristics throughout the coating process to improve the quality of the process. It is very suitable for carbon black fuel cell catalyst, ceramic slurry and nano suspension.

Working Principle

Cheersonic uses a disc-shaped piezoelectric sensor located inside the plunger of the syringe to convert high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy and transfer it to the suspension. The power intensity and duration of the ultrasonic wave can be changed according to the levitation characteristics. The high frequency and high reflection vibration generated in the syringe barrel can effectively mix most of the slurry, dispersion and suspension into a nearly perfect homogeneous mixture within a few seconds.
