UNC8000 Ultrasonic Textile Coating Machine is used to advanced textile coatings during the manufacturing process. Uniform thin films of nanosuspensions or solutions are sprayed onto wide webs of fabric for medical textiles, carpeting, automotive or other industrial textile manufacturing applications. Ultrasonic spray replaces inefficient dip or padding methods with uniform thin film ultrasonic textile coatings. The atomized particles are fine and uniform, and the spray is more uniform, which can greatly improve product quality.
