UAC8000 Ultrasonic Solar Cell Coating System

Ultrasonic spray technology has been proven successful for depositing thin film solar cell coatings of anti-reflection layers, TCO coatings, Buffer layer coatings and active layers in thin film and perovskite solar cell manufacturing. UAC8000 ultrasonic solar cell coating system is equipped with a conveyor for substrate transfer and ultrasonic spray nozzles can form a nozzles bridge to cover very large spray area. It is mainly suitable for high volume production applications. Automatic ultrasonic coating system is also equipped with various precision continuous metering pump system that can provide constant liquid delivery in 24/7.
