Precision Nano-Suspension Coating Solution
Benchtop Ultrasonic Coating System | Precision Nano-Suspension Coating Solution | Cheersonic
Overview
Our benchtop ultrasonic coating system is a high-precision, compact spraying solution tailored for nano-material functional coating research and small-batch production. Optimized for high-viscosity nano-suspension inks including graphene, MXene and other 2D nanomaterials, the system delivers uniform, controllable and repeatable thin-to-thick film coating results. It integrates high-temperature heating, precise ultrasonic atomization and programmable motion control, perfectly matching advanced material coating requirements for electronics, new energy, semiconductor and lab R&D scenarios.
Core Process & Material Compatibility
Designed specifically for suspended nano-material liquids, the equipment solves common pain points of traditional spraying such as particle agglomeration, uneven film formation and material waste. It stably processes nano-suspensions with fine dispersed particles without blocking the nozzle or damaging nano material structure.
– Applicable Spraying Materials: Nano-material inks, typical 2D nanomaterials including graphene and MXene
– Liquid Viscosity Adaptation: Supports high-viscosity liquid materials, fully compatible with viscosity below 50 cps
– Liquid Type: Nano-particle suspension (non-solution system)
– Maximum Suspended Particle Size: Lateral particle size less than 20 μm for 2D nanomaterials; conventional micro-particles within several micrometers
– Controllable Coating Thickness: Wide thickness range from hundreds of nanometers to tens of micrometers, realizing ultra-thin uniform coating and medium-thick functional film deposition
Hardware & Performance Advantages
Equipped with a standard 300×300 mm working area, the system meets the coating demands of various medium and small-sized substrates, with flexible adaptability for laboratory sample preparation and customized process verification. The matched high-temperature heating platform supports a constant temperature of 300°C and above, which can rapidly volatilize solvent, fix suspended nano-particles, improve film adhesion, and eliminate coating sagging and particle precipitation defects.
Different from air spraying, ultrasonic atomization generates fine, uniform and low-velocity droplets. It ensures that nano-particles are evenly dispersed on the substrate surface without secondary agglomeration, maintaining the intrinsic physical and chemical properties of graphene, MXene and other nanomaterials. The whole process features low material loss, high coating uniformity and excellent batch repeatability.
Typical Applications
This benchtop ultrasonic coating system is widely applied in nano-functional film preparation, conductive coating, thermal conductive coating, electromagnetic shielding film, new energy electrode coating and laboratory process development. It provides a reliable, efficient and controllable coating tool for scientific research institutions and industrial enterprises to accelerate the research and industrialization of nano-material devices.
