The dispersing and deagglomeration of solids into liquids is an important application of ultrasonic devices. Ultrasonic cavitation generates high shear that breaks particle agglomerates into single dispersed particles. It is entirely possible for the super-dispersion to be applied in industrial production. The tank into two layers. The inner layer stored reactive liquid to produce sonochemical reaction and the outer layer is filled with water used for cooling water control system.

If your products be heated easy to deterioration, then cooling water control system will make the water of tank’s outer layer to maintain a normal temperature.
