The UAM6000XL-SS inline ultrasonic thin film coating equipment features a modular design, allowing seamless integration into existing production lines or standalone operation as an independent coating unit. The system supports standard or customized configurations, including automatic substrate feeding and high-precision positioning modules, dual-side coating systems, micron-level ultrasonic quantitative dispensing technology, and variable-width spray heads with controllable atomized droplet size, which can precisely meet the core requirements of high-demanding industrial applications.
