Automated and intelligent robot transportation platform:
The servo three-axis motion system provides micrometer level positioning accuracy and smooth motion trajectory of ± 1 μ m, combined with a robotic arm to automatically grasp, move, and place experimental samples. For example, in the PEM electrolysis cell catalyst coating experiment, it can automatically complete the loading and unloading of 5cm × 5cm proton exchange membrane substrates. Through the three-axis system, Pt/C or IrO ₂ catalyst slurry is uniformly coated according to the preset path, and the catalyst loading amount is accurately controlled (0.1-2mg/cm ²), avoiding thickness deviation and substrate wrinkling caused by manual operation. The experimental repeatability error is ≤ 3%
Liquid supply system:
The built-in dispersion system can preprocess easily agglomerated nano powder slurry (such as graphene conductive slurry, TiO ₂ photocatalytic powder dispersion), avoid particle agglomeration affecting the coating uniformity through high-frequency dispersion, and can achieve 0.5mm level spraying positioning on 1cm × 1cm micro sensor substrate with ultrasonic nozzle system and laser assisted positioning, which is suitable for local functional coating coating in the prototype preparation of micro devices
High temperature heating base:
Equipped with a high-temperature heating platform, it supports precise temperature control from room temperature to 200 ℃ (with a temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ℃). For example, in the modification experiment of hydrophilic and hydrophobic coatings, the polymer substrate can be preheated to 120 ℃, and the fluorine functional coating can be sprayed and cured immediately. The water contact angle of the coating can reach 110-150 °, significantly improving the adhesion and friction resistance of the coating; In the preparation experiment of buffer layer for thin film solar cells, the substrate temperature can be stabilized at 150 ℃ to ensure the crystallinity and electrical properties of CdS or ZnO thin films.
