It is primarily used to apply anticoagulants (such as heparin) or bioactive substances that promote endothelialization. Its core value lies in achieving ultra-high precision, ultra-thin, uniform, and low-temperature, non-destructive coating processes, meeting the stringent safety and functionality requirements of implantable devices.

Core Application Objectives：

• Anti-thrombosis: Forming a uniform coating of heparin or other anticoagulants on the valve surface (especially polymer leaflets, metal stents, or sewing rings) reduces the coagulation reaction after blood contact.
• Promoting Endothelialization: Coating with biomolecules (such as CD34 antibodies, RGD peptides, and VEGF) accelerates the infiltration of autologous endothelial cells onto the implant surface, forming a natural anticoagulant barrier and improving long-term biocompatibility.
• Antibacterial Function: (Rarely used, requiring rigorous validation) Coating with antimicrobial agents reduces the risk of infection.
• Improving Surface Lubricity: Reducing frictional resistance during delivery systems’ passage through blood vessels.
