Autsonic1000 automatic ultrasonic slurry treatment equipment is a series of new devices further developed by Cheersonic based on the characteristics of ultrasonic enhanced dispersion and stirring, on the basis of ultrasonic liquid treatment standard components. Autsonic1000 is a pilot-scale equipment, which is suitable for both experimental research and industrial production. This set of equipment can be vividly called intelligent application to reduce the gap between laboratory testing and industrial production. A number of ultrasonic liquid treatment patented technologies have solved the problem of enlargement of ultrasonic liquid treatment engineering, greatly improved the utilization efficiency of ultrasonic field, ensured uniform dispersion of slurry, reduced the agglomeration of slurry particles and nanomaterials, and gave full play to ultrasonic waves. The cavitation effect, mechanical effect, thermal effect and other effects of lithium battery are used in lithium battery slurry, fuel cell catalyst, ink, ceramic material, nanomaterial and so on.

The reaction liquid passes through the pump and then enters the reactor, and the following pattern indicated by the arrow flows from right to left, forming a cycle.
The reaction kettle is divided into two layers, the inner layer stores the reaction liquid to generate a sonochemical reaction, and the outer layer tank is full for cooling the liquid.

If your product is prone to spoilage when heated, the cooling water control system will keep the water in the outer layer of the tank at a normal temperature.
