UEC2100 Ultrasonic Spray Fluxing Systems

An economical reciprocating ultrasonic spray fluxing system for medium to high mix lines. Easy integration and operation with all major wave solder machines.

Our ultrasonic flux coating system supports two installation forms:

It can be seamlessly integrated inside your wave soldering machine, or deployed as an independent stand-alone equipment. Equipped with a high efficiency impact flux delivery system, the unit delivers reliable flux filling for challenging PCBs. It works perfectly for circuit boards with thick backplanes, tight lead-to-hole ratios, contaminated components, or any models that struggle with top-side flux penetration.

Field-Proven Industrial Performance
Featuring anti-clog ultrasonic nozzles and precision spray dispensing structures, our ultrasonic spray fluxing solutions have been widely adopted in thousands of PCB fluxing projects across the globe, with stable performance verified by long-term industrial applications.

Professional Flux Coating Principle
Fluid flux is transported to the ultrasonic nozzle from a sealed pressure storage tank. The tank is fitted with a liquid level sensor, which sends
reminders to operators when the flux volume is insufficient. The anti-clog large-caliber ultrasonic nozzle atomizes the flux into ultra-fine mist at
the nozzle tip. With reciprocating motion under the PCB, the nozzle sprays the fine mist upward to complete uniform flux coating.

Rapid Cost Recovery & High Cost-Efficiency
In actual customer applications, our coating systems can cut flux consumption by up to 80%, while lowering solder defect rates by a
comparable margin.Compared with traditional foam fluxing methods, our system eliminates the need for thinner addition and routine titration
testing, and greatly reduces waste disposal costs to create extra savings. Even when matched against conventional spray fluxers, our
equipment can reduce flux usage by as much as 50%.

Global After-Sales Service & Technical Support
We maintain a global service network, including in-house professional service teams and international distributors with factory-certified
technicians. We deliver consistent high-standard after-sales support and technical services for customers worldwide.
