The Customized Drug Eluting Balloon Coating Machine is equipped with 8 high-precision ultrasonic spray nozzles. Focused or micro-fine nozzles can be selected according to balloon specifications, and the spray width can be precisely adjusted within the range of 1mm–10mm to suit coating requirements for balloons of different sizes. Each fixture is equipped with a dedicated catheter holder, compatible with various balloon catheter specifications, and can stably hold catheters up to 2 meters in length. Excess catheters can be coiled and fixed with a special storage structure to prevent catheter movement during spraying, which may affect coating accuracy.

In terms of process stability and safety, the machine features a complete protection system. It is equipped with a dual-motor synchronous rotation system that drives 8 balloons to rotate at high speed and stably. Combined with precise nozzle movement, it achieves 360° all-round spraying without dead angles. The integrated submicron aerosol humidification system can quickly adjust humidity in the spray chamber, assist drug crystallization, improve coating adhesion and durability, and prevent coating cracking or peeling.
